Also this week, ESET experts released a deep-dive analysis of Varenyky, a spambot that targets French internet users and that has even launched its own sextortion scam campaign. The FBI is warning that fraudsters are using dating sites not only to swindle money from lovesick men and women, but also to recruit ‘money mules’ for laundering funds.
